Position Summary
The Facilities and Maintenance Coordinator is a key member of the Operations Team and reports directly to the Director of Operations. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of maintenance, groundskeeping, and custodial operations across multiple parish sites — including four churches, five rectories, the school, parking lots, and the Way of the Cross Garden.
The Coordinator will manage staff, contractors, and volunteers to ensure that all parish facilities are safe, clean, and welcoming. The role emphasizes team leadership, proactive maintenance, operational efficiency, and stewardship of parish resources.
