Summary/Objective:
The Associate Director of Hispanic Ministry provides leadership, coordination and administrative support for the Office of Hispanic Ministry. This role helps with the equipping of parish leaders, manages resources, and fosters multicultural understanding in Hispanic communities. This position collaborates with diocesan staff, priests, parish leaders, and volunteers to promote evangelization, strengthen parish-based Hispanic ministry, and support major diocesan events and initiatives as the implementation of a new Diocesan Pastoral Plan for Hispanic Ministry. The role requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to the mission of the Catholic Church.
