St. Jerome School is seeking a 4K teacher. The position is full time with the morning being part of the Columbus School District 4K and the afternoon being St. Jerome wrap around care. We are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative educator to support and guide the learning of our students. An ideal candidate will build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents while establishing a learning environment that meets the physical, social, emotional, and spiritual (in the afternoon) needs of our students. Must be an excellent communicator. Must hold appropriate DPI license. The ideal candidate will have experience at the 4K level. Desire to work in a team of collaborative educators focused on the development of the whole child. Candidate must have the ability to provide a safe and positive learning environment for all students. St. Jerome School partners with Columbus School District to provide 4K from 8:00-11:15 Monday through Thursday. We offer wrap around care for the afternoons and Friday.
